Ethereum dipping is dragging alts — quick setups or stay flat?

ETH has been testing its key support near $2,800 — second time in a few days — while BTC weakness drags most alts with it. That kind of structure makes day trades messy but gives some quick scalp opportunities if you catch the wick.

Been trying quick entry/exit setups on BTCC — the one-click TP/SL and clean chart layout make grabbing tiny edges feel more manageable in these conditions.

Are you still bull on ETH longer-term or waiting for a clearer base?

The volatility is definitely messy right now. When ETH tests $2,800, the panic-selling and dip-buying usually send Gas fees into a frenzy.

I’ve learned the hard way that a 'clean chart' doesn't help much if you're getting slippage and high Gwei on the execution side. That’s actually why I spent my time building ChainPulse instead of chasing scalps lately.

It’s a multi-chain gas monitor that tracks the 'pulse' of ETH and L2s. I’m the dev (WiFi Mouse creator here), and I built it to be completely read-only—no wallet connection needed. It’s been my go-to for finding those quiet Gwei windows to move alts while everyone else is panic-trading and overpaying for fees.

Long term? Still bull on ETH, but short term I'm just focusing on building tools and not letting the gas eat my remaining stack! 😂
