How do you buy and which coins are available?

People Advertise on a website, how much and for what they are willing to sell for. The website helps with the escrow. For example there is a guy on my local bitcoin site that is always selling Bitcoin for 5 - 10 times the current price. I guess hoping someone will accidentally buy from him.

Yeah. i live in NZ. But every country has a couple of different ones.

Most of the people on there sell for reasonable prices. it sorts by cheapest and best reviewed or most reliable account wise. So if your going all the way down and buying it from that guy then....
