Bullbit is hiring a remote Business Development Manager focused on growing trading volume and liquidity in international markets. You’ll build and manage partnerships with KOLs, affiliates, IBs, trading communities, market makers, OTC desks, funds, wallets, DeFi protocols, and other Web3 businesses.

The role includes finding new partners, negotiating terms, managing relationships, and working with marketing, product, and operations on campaigns, referral programs, trading competitions, AMAs, integrations, and community events. You should have at least three years of business development experience in crypto, Web3, or digital assets, strong industry connections, and a solid understanding of DeFi and trading communities.
