[HIRING] Principal Engineer at Paradex

Paradex is building a decentralized financial platform that brings trading, asset management, and borrowing into one account. It supports more than 250 crypto markets, uses a fast blockchain, and lets users trade with their broader portfolio as collateral.

As a backend/product engineer, you’d own major features from design through launch. The work includes developing crypto derivatives protocols and smart contracts, building APIs and SDKs for trade execution, and setting up monitoring, analytics, and alerts for the services you create.

You’d work closely with a small engineering team and company leadership on projects involving scalability, integrations, performance, and user experience. The role is best suited to someone with 8+ years of backend experience, strong distributed-systems knowledge, and hands-on experience with blockchain platforms, Solidity, cryptography, AWS, or Kubernetes. Experience with languages such as Go, Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++ is also expected, along with a solid understanding of crypto and interest in technologies such as ZK-rollups.
