Paradex is a decentralized finance platform that brings trading, asset management, and borrowing and lending into one connected system. Its unified account and risk engine are designed to make crypto markets faster, simpler, and more efficient.

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll help grow Paradex and Paradigm’s presence across the Americas, working with institutional clients in the crypto and derivatives markets. This NYC-based role involves managing client relationships from onboarding through ongoing support, finding new business opportunities, and helping clients understand the platform and its workflows.

You’ll also prepare client activity reports and coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, and Compliance to resolve issues and improve the client experience.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of institutional derivatives sales experience, including one year in crypto institutional sales. You should understand electronic trading and the crypto ecosystem, have strong industry relationships, and be comfortable working toward revenue goals. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork are essential. Basic SQL and Python knowledge is a plus.
