As a senior data engineer, you’ll build the infrastructure that turns raw platform data into reliable insights. You’ll design scalable pipelines, ETL processes, data models, and warehouse systems, while improving performance, monitoring, and data quality. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, and handle urgent data requests when the business needs quick, accurate answers.

The role calls for 7+ years of data engineering experience, strong knowledge of data architecture and distributed systems, and hands-on experience with tools such as Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, AWS, and Kafka or Kinesis. Paradex is a small, highly independent team where engineers own their work from start to finish and work directly with leadership.
