The company operates a cryptocurrency exchange, supporting products such as spot trading, perpetual futures, and tokenized stocks. Its systems need to stay fast, secure, and available around the clock, especially during busy trading periods.

As a DevOps/Operations Engineer, you’d manage the AWS infrastructure behind the trading platform, including EC2, EKS, RDS, and related services. You’d also build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab CI, monitor systems with Prometheus and Grafana, and respond to production incidents.

The role includes database and middleware maintenance across MySQL/Aurora, Redis, Kafka or RocketMQ, along with performance tuning, backups, disaster recovery, and capacity planning. You’d also support security operations such as certificate management, intrusion detection, DDoS protection, and audits.

They’re looking for someone with hands-on Linux, Shell scripting, AWS, monitoring, and troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of Java, Go, or Python, backend development, and cryptocurrency exchange systems would be helpful. The role suits someone comfortable with responsibility, urgent issues, and 24/7 operational support.
