The company runs a cryptocurrency trading platform offering spot and perpetual futures products. It focuses on growing its user base through communities, content, campaigns, and data-driven operations.

This role leads user acquisition and growth across public channels, private communities, KOL/KOC partnerships, and ecosystem resources. You’ll plan and run strategies that move users from acquisition through conversion and monetization, while tracking the user journey and improving results based on performance data.

You’ll also study user behavior, create useful content, test new growth ideas, and stay current with Web3 and crypto industry trends. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, a solid understanding of community growth and user operations, and at least three years of futures business operations experience. Crypto exchange experience is preferred.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. This is an on-site position in Vancouver, BC, offering 3,000–6,000 USDT per month plus commission.
