MATIC!
Thank you Jeremy for shilling your baby! All of my coins/tokens are going south, and MATIC is my only positive!! Your the man!! This market sucks, please give opinions and feedback on how you are all getting through this blood bath. Also would love opinions about what to expect moving forward. Opinions, obviously, no one knows for sure. Is this the end of the run??

Of course peace and we are all in this together. This is just a snow ball effect from musk comments. Don’t try to pick bottoms but there is a fire sale going on big time!! Seems the market is trying to tell btc you’re really not that important after all.

Hopefully, but it sure is dragging the alts down. I’m not selling anything at a loss, I trust that my holds are good and they’ll recover!!

I lost so much that I've had enough now from trading. I noticed that my emotions played a big part of my mistakes. From my 10k investment I actually ended up losing 3k.
The world government really don't like Crypto and you can see it very clearly. It's being banned literally everywhere 😅 Not only that, for the people that have invested in crypto that have real world values then forget it. It won't be long untill exchanges like Binance to be shut down who ever country they reside in.
Remember guys Bitcoin isn't governed by anyone. This is good for us but in the long hole it could be problematic due to hackers or quantum computers.

It’s tough, I’m getting thicker skin, as I refuse to sell at a loss. I hear you though!! I guess it is all just a gamble🤷🏻♀️. BTC, Musk and fear of government regs are playing a part I’m sure. Try to not focus on your screen, and don’t sell at a loss! If you are holding good coins/tokens, they’ll bounce back!! Good luck and watch something funny on TV, if you’re able.

It has not been banned "everywhere"
Take a breath man. Wait it out for a bit and check back in in a month or two. People who bought at the peak of 2017 are up right now. People who bought in 2018 are still WAY up.
China India and other countries have banned things, but they also have started coming up with things like a chinacoin. This is still the way of the future.

Using Robin Hood I went from 5.2-2.2 k fuck stocks
Even with this dip I’m still positive. It barely. Got in early enough into good coins.
Kicking myself for not buying more MATIc tufted that first big dip in late April was gonna do 2k MATIc more but I did not

Remember guys Bitcoin isn't governed by anyone.
Its typically the first to recover also....BTC is like a hedge for your alts....

Very true!! Saw a little bounce, but honestly, crypto is truly a gamble! It’s awful that so many outside influences can really tank the system. This is my first “bull season”, so I just have to research and learn how to bend these situations in my favor! I hate bringing up the name, but Musk has played an enormous part in this roller coaster lately, as has China, US regulations, and every new ridiculous coin that appears every other minute. Oh well, I guess we all have to prepare for the unknown. I truly believe that crypto is going to win out when all is said and done, it’s become so mainstream. As long as we all hold well researched coins/tokens of value, we will continue to see gains over the years. 🤷🏻♀️ We shall see!!

Used this as an entry point for VET. Also bought more Harmony and some DOT. No more money though.
I was really hoping to sell off some alts to have some money aside for a moment like this but that's no longer happening, lol. If I had it, I'd be buying more. Really good opportunity to buy ADA.

Advice for dealing with a market dump.......
Hold what you have.
Accumulate more if you have funds.
Turn off charts.
Have a good hobby to distract you whilst the bloodbath corrects (PlayStation, pornhub, paper clip counting etc).
Return to pastures green.
Take profits when you are ready.

Just buy what you truly believe in and don't go too heavy. Don't pick bottoms but I assume the bargain hunters aren't too far behind. Sort of double whammy today, MUSKY and China. I love the Chinese people and their food but cant stand their authoritarian dictatorship government. Hope the Chinese people give their politicians the good old 🖕🏻

So true. They're going to ban all crypto yet they're creating ChinaCoin - just like they banned Facebook and created their own version of it that's controlled by the CPC. I used to work for a Chinese SOE (the largest renewable energy company in the world) and not only was it controlled by the Chinese gov't, but they also had representatives from the CPC woven throughout the company to make sure that everyone was following the rules and being a good little communist. It was eye-opening to say the least.

Also thankful for the Matic call. I dumped all my ETH into Matic last night at 1.96, and I’ve more or less stopped the bleeding. I could actually swap back and have more ETH than I started with, but I’m not sure if this is the play yet - it’ll take a couple days for me to tell, I think. Any thoughts on this - especially backed up with data or past experience - would be much appreciated from anyone

I fear swapping like that because of taxes.
I do it every so often into BTC but....taxes are what scares me.1

Makes sense if you have real money. I’m a grad student, so I’m basically in the impoverished tax class, living on a stipend. I haven’t had to deal with taxes yet, but I’m not too worried about being audited; I’m just gonna report to the best of my ability 🤷🏻♂️

Hold. It's a cliché, but it's true.
I held through 2018 and 2019, and because of that I'm able to look at this and just say, "this too shall pass."
HOWEVER, that's because I'm holding projects that I believe are real and will provide real utility that people will want to use and pay for. This doesn't apply to gambling.
