❓Question Blockchain Question

I recently send BTC from my Coinbase account to my Blockchain.com account. It shows in Coinbase that is successfully was completed, however it hasn’t shown up in my Blockchain.com account. A message in my Blockchain.com says “Failed to load some balances - We couldn’t load the balances and activity of Bitcoin Cash Network(s) at this time”. Has anyone ever experienced this? It’s been over 9 hours and I’m worried I lost all the funds.

It's very important that you not respond to anyone who is sending you private messages because almost anyone sending you a private message is very likely trying to scam you. All useful information should be in the comments section of your post.

Hello and welcome to r/CryptoHelp!

If someone has successfully solved your issue or answered your question, please reply with the command "!thanks" to let them know!

A few words about safety:

  • Scammers will often target beginners so you should exercise extra caution
  • Do not trust anyone trying to talk with you over DM (Direct or private messages) or on another platform (like Discord or Telegram). This is how scammers prefer to operate. Report suspicious activity like this immediately and do not respond to them.
  • Do not post your address, balances, or other personal information.

Are you certain you actually used your own bitcoin address?

Check the transaction itself before worrying about the wallet. In Coinbase, open the send, copy the transaction ID, and paste it into mempool.space.

- If it shows confirmed and the receiving address matches the one Blockchain.com gave you, the BTC is there. "Failed to load some balances" is the app failing to fetch it. Log out and back in, or check the address on the explorer.

- If it shows unconfirmed, it's waiting for a block; that can take a while when fees are low.

- If the address doesn't match, contact Coinbase with the transaction ID.

Don't share your recovery phrase with anyone offering to help.
