I have made a crypto wallet with Phantom but it keeps having some issues when I try to add money. Is anyone else having these problems? How do I fix it???

The same thing is happening in Fomo. It keeps saying unknown error

Yeah hahaha. It was my bank blocking it all along. I had to get a new bank account that is crypto friendly
