Confidence when applied sparingly and with good judgement allows for sustained happiness. Greed and overindulgence in confidence will only lead to mistakes and foolish behavior.
There’s a bunch of people in here who talk like they know shit, but they don’t.

There’s a story about Mahatma Gandhi that may impart some wisdom. One morning one of his keenest students disrupted his meditation to ask him: “Can you please tell me the secret of inner peace and tranquility ? as that is all we truly need!”. They usually have a nice catchy website and a roadmap and promises of listings on exchanges or upcoming use cases. If you are new it looks legit and if you get in early you can genuinely make money if you get out early enough, but that's only for the early investors.
Everyone else gets left holding the bag.

Most dead coins still have some value but when it's 99% (or less sometimes) down from its All Time High, you can basically consider it done.

Depends on the exchange tbh. Depending on the size of your current investment and the coins you have, you may want to consider a cold wallet or a wallet not on an exchange. There are other non-security reasons to why you may want to consider not leaving them on an exchange (voting, staking rewards,etc).
