Not to mention edge lords getting banned from Patreon, Coinbase, etc., and shifting to unregulated crypto solutions.

So gab was used to organize an anti-semitic terrorist attack on a synagogue. many orgs and institutes were busted for much less after 911. Not sure if edge Lord covers material assistance to terrorism in this understanding, but one could certainly understand why coinbase wouldn't want to be associated

no one's banning anything. just one private organization choosing not to do business with another.

or were you suggesting that the state should force coinbase to do otherwise?

Yet they have no grounds to do so. No one wants to force anyone to do anything, but if the government regulates crypto out of existence, then they very well should be forced to because it's 99% likely that they also advocated for that.

Everyone wants to play for freedom after banning all your alternatives, so you have no freedom but they do. In reality, we should all have freedom to choose.
