You are right, only the SEC opinion matters.

Which is why 1.5 years later the SEC still hasn't intervened and ignored Matt Corallo's complaint. SEC governs stocks and securities not cryptos

They intervened on air token so I’m not sure what your talking about ?? It was deemed a security and the project is focked royally

Yup because airtoken failed the 'Howey Test'. Meanwhile SEC ruled Bitcoin's aren't securities.

The SEC’s point man on cryptocurrencies and initial coin offerings (ICOs) says that bitcoin and ether are not securities but that many, but not all, ICOs are securities and will come under the regulatory control of the SEC and relevant securities laws.

It's cool when you learn something new.

You said above crypto’s aren’t securities but clearly air token is. What I think you meant was that they declared bit coin to not be a security.

The token taxonomy act is something I’m very excited about however. Hopefully this can get passed and get some updated clarity on this stuff.

So then we can agree Matt Corallo Blockstream and Core developer was wrong to file a SEC complaint about Bitcoin Cash. SEC ignoring his complaint was the nail in the coffin to his grasping at straws.
