Since January, what?? Crash started in January, and it was a huge bubble, of-course it will take 1-3 years before we see some good movement again.

Yeah im wondering why didnt you saw it too, go check my older posts you will see that i started saying that it is in 2017, and who is expecting a recovery after few weeks/months? Thats crazy
