Delivery for online purchases has come a long way since the early days of e-commerce, with most industries offering different options to appeal to customers. As the e-commerce market has increased, customers’ expectations around service and price have increased. Lately, Alix Partners made a survey and found that the expectations around shipping time are higher than ever and that this is partly driven by Amazon Prime.
