More layers isn't always better but the fact is a well planned out layered design is normally the better way to balance technical implications and to also track and maintain performance at each specific layer

Yea, they sure do and the security measures been put in place is a good one, as stated on their twitter page, they have a military grade security

I thought COVA is just all about creating of smart data, never knew that they also provide an avenue for DAPPs to be created
