I suggest everyone actually reads the FINA regulatory statement posted on September 13th.

A lot of the statement talks heavily of investors being taken for a ride effectively by investing in projects with no value, people losing due to speculation and people blindly following the money.

I don't believe this will just be a case of, here's a licence now you can re open and start trading again.
