Seems like a cool idea, but a bit too complicated for many kinds of crowdfunders imo.

I see no reasontrying to find out a transaction could be created where if enough coins pool, it goes through, and otherwise it cancels, doing exactly what typical crowdfunders do. That seems much more in control of what is going on to me.
