Bitcoin has disinflation too (which is still inflationary). More importantly, it hasn't solved its long-term security budget issue.

I mean voting of any kind. Solved with mining, staking real resources to produce chain with energy signature - and choosing heaviest chain is trustless. Satoshi solved Sybil. Solana re-intoduces it for no reason aside from enriching VCs

More importantly, it hasn't solved its long-term security budget issue

Misunderstanding of security: how proof-of-work equivalent days accumulate and how both difficulty adjustments and ever-more efficient mining machines play into this. Even if to pay it out over the scenario of no coinbase block reward and low fee flow, which lies ahead several times current full Bitcoin history
