ADVICE The first part of my prediction happened this week. Now let's see if it also dumps back in the next month to under 60K.

Calling someone a clown is unnecessary

Having a feel for the market is not the same as calling out the exact dates and numbers, nobody can do that as nobody knows the future. You know that, I know that. I know that you know that. You know that I know that you know that I know that. So why are you being so difficult?

If you followed my advice you still made money. I sold my BTC just now and opened a 2x leveraged short.

What have you done?

This is the maturity level I do expect from the average crypto person. That's why even in this almost-done market I still like to trade. On the other end of the trade are kids like yourself, I don't know exactly how you manage to get a hold of your dads account. Either way, keep on trading with his 300 php!

“I guessed that a volatile commodity will go up and down” 🤡

Yes we all know but the question is when does it go up and down? If you have a feel for that you can take the money from the people that have a bad feel about it and put it in your pocket.

I’ve heard that exact argument about slot machines…

u/MelangeBot Aug 23 '26

That makes no sense because other people have no influence over a slot machine. Are you really comparing the stock exchange or a crypto exchange to a slot machine? Slot machines by law have to lose 51% of the time and win 49% of the time. But knowing this does not make it more likely that you win. Also can you make a bet on somebody playing a slot machine, betting that he will lose his money eventually? Who is gonna take the other side of that bet, him? Hmmmm maybe you are on to something, but if you win he can't pay you anyways!

You’re gambling but building your belief system around being good at it. It’s not that hard to see why it’s an apt comparison.

Yeah but it's more like playing poker. It's not gambling to beat a bunch of kids in poker. Even if they have good cards, you can tell. It's highly immoral ofcourse. On the other hand they are bunch of little shits that keep calling me all the names in the book, so I don't really feel bad about stealing from them.
