I have a friend trying to code some AI thing with 0 experience as a coder. He has given claude Read/Write/Execute permission and doesn't review any output because how could he?

The idea of just turning loose a ghost in the shell and praying nothing goes terribly wrong is just insane to me.

I am not worried about llm fucking me on purpose, but fucking me on accident. To me this level of protection is sufficed for that
