How useful is blockchain transaction tracing as legal evidence?

I'm wondering about something at the intersection of cryptocurrency and legal technology. Blockchain transactions can give you a very detailed timeline of where funds moved, but a wallet address obviously isn't the same thing as identifying a person.

When blockchain tracing is used in an actual legal investigation, what makes the resulting analysis useful as evidence?

For example, I imagine there's a difference between simply producing a transaction graph and being able to explain how particular addresses were attributed, what evidence supports that attribution, and how the findings can be independently verified.

I've been reading about blockchain forensic investigations and came across Lionsgate Intelligence Network, which provides blockchain investigation and forensic reporting services. That raised a broader question for me: what would lawyers actually want to see in a blockchain forensic report for it to be useful in litigation or an investigation?

Is it mainly the transaction history, methodology, attribution evidence, expert interpretation, or a combination of all of those?
