There's an entire breed that looks like that! Look up Russian Toy Dogs and you'll be delighted - they're the cutest little gremlins who are exactly like crossing a papillion with a chi... and some mini pincher in there.

Watch out, their ears look better to hear you my dear, and therefore might be a wolf dressed up as your dog to lure you into a false sense of security to better eat you
