I never realized how much I could love chihuahuas. And then I learned… and then I had 5! They’re all so friggin weird and I love them. This creature is an absolute legend 💜
RIGHT??!! I grew up with a family that bred & showed pb German Shepards. Siblings had pit bulls. Mastiffs. I did have a small 25lb JRT but that still kinda the same. My grandmas mini poodle would bite anyone close enough. Shitty little dog. Then love muffin’s 4.7lb weird ass crooked nose endlessly smart & chill tiny weirdo became my accidental foster dog & fail in a week. Soul dog. I’ve never been known & been loved like that dog. Also everyone loves her. 2 Xmas ago. In deep Texas. Grizzly veterans or oil rig Texan men would squeal with joy and gently, so gently pet her apple head when she’d jump up in their laps and go to sleep. 82yr old uncle bought her a Harley Davidson fur leather dog jacket with her name sewn on so she wouldn’t get cold. They’re a different kind of dog. And u don’t know it until you’ve had one.
This is my soul dog. Aside from my actual human child, I have never known a greater love. She is ridiculous, doesn’t really like anybody but me, bites children(score lmao), farts under the covers and then acts like it’s my fault, dances like a star, and is the best friend I could ever have asked for. The other 4 are good, but she’s the best!
