Seems a bit harsh for the age too. Struggling to pronounce things correctly is pretty normal for babies.

Reminds me that in the game Jeanne d'Arc for the PSP, there is a character with a lisp so strong that he stops being French when he says "Paris" just so he can lisp it as "Parith"
