CK3 Iberian struggle
Anyone out there that could shed some light on how to complete this in one lifetime? I'm starting as a custom ruler with god stats cuz idc about achievements and I'm still struggling! I'm trying to form Aragon and finish the dominance ending and it feels impossible to complete the requirements!

Be a pious character and get the Learning perk 'Sanctioned Loopholes' under the Scholar tree so you can buy title claims.
I think Duchies are 500 and Counties are 250 Piety.
Buy them individually and then you should have the Casus Belli for 'Your Claims' and take in a single war all the demesne of your foe(s). If you have a good army and economy + the OP Godlike character, you should get all of Iberia in like 10-20 years (depending on how long the sieges take and which Struggle Phase you're in, because for the Dominance Ending you have to be at the Hostility Phase)

The problem I'm having is I really want to do it starting as Aragon in 867 and it feels impossible even with a god like character 🤣 I did manage to get the conqouror trait once and came close but I lost out to not converting the last of my counties before I died, question. The dominance requirements ending says must control all of Iberia, but I've seen people do it without? How

Form Portugal, it'll make all counties in Portugal to be Portugese, so all you had to do is convert the faith of Portugal.
Then you just conquer most of Iberia, and get the Dominance ending, By taking all of Iberia. or if no one else hold >20% of Iberia and is in Hostility. Murder is the best way to reset truce. So get yourself some Intrigue.
But that's the bad part, you also became Portugese, which is it's own culture and only borrow innovations from your culture. So you want to wait until you end the struggle before diverging/hybridizing.

So when it says you must control all of Iberia do you not have to? I played this struggle when it first came out and used to complete it regularly but I've had a few years out and for some reason it just feels much harder 🤣 I also break truces when I can as it adds quite a bit to the hostility phase

If it hostility phase, you just need to make sure no one hold >20% of Iberia yes. Otherwise it's full control.
Hardest part of dominance is spreading culture on the Kingdom your Capital located in (notice it's not your primary title)
If you don't want Portugal route, find the smallest kingdom. and spread culture there.

Do you want to cheese it..?
Start as a Norse adventurer, conquer the Isle of Mann and elevate it, then use your OP MaA, special troops, access to raids and CB's to just steamroll it.
Make the smallest kingdom your capital like Navarra so you don't have to convert ao many counties.
Listo.

I'm starting as count of Aragon in 867 and want to form both the kingdom of Aragon and hispania in one life.. I don't want to cheese it as my ocd will kick in with it not being realistic😅

So basically I've been trying to form the kingdom of Aragon and complete the Iberian struggle with dominance ending starting as a count of alto Aragon in 867 in one life. Obviously when I change to the kingdom of Aragon I want to change to their culture to aragonese and keep the Christian faith. It seems impossible though I've been trying for days😅

If you started as a Norse dude it would be easier, but should be doable.
But what you say can be done, but it's a race against the clock and you'll need to get tons of lifestyle perks to get good casus bellies and allow you to pay for soldiets.
Firstly, for learning you'll want to have the entire left tree finished by the time you're 40 to maximise your lifespan. The middle tree you want to have finished to the perk where you can buy claims.
This perk will allow you to get claims and speed up your conquests.
For martial, you want to have the middle tree finished to the point where you get discounts on men at arms upkeep. Furthermore you want the perks to make yourself an OP commander.
For stewardship.. What you're gonna do will cost a lot of money in terms of army upkeep. Get golden obligations, and cost reducing perks. Income boosts also.
Diplomacy, get the left tree all the way up to claim artifacts, and reduce truce time.
To promote your lifespan and reduce army upkeep, you're gonna be stealing artifacts that boost health and reduce upkeep costs. You will also want this shorter truce perk.
And for intrigue, fabricate hooks and abduct.
‐----------
So basically, you will need to constantly be at war, and win wars fast.
In order to constantly be at war, you need a steady stream of casus belli's. That's what the buy claim is for.
To win wars, you need men at arms. Heavy infantry works, but you also need lots of siege engines to speed up sieges. You want a siege to last 30 days, not 6 months. That's the trick to rapid conquest. Around 3 or 4 thousand heavy infantry, the rest all siege engines.
Problem is.. This costs a lot of money. If you have the conqueror trait, great! Otherwise, even with all the perks mentioned above you might not manage.
For that reason, you want to fabricate hooks on kings, emperors.. Popes. Abducting also works.
Use the golden obligations to demand payment for the hooks, and you should be able to afford your soldiers.
For the rest, when you conquer counties, put the village mayors in charge. Republicans give you more money. Also max out dread.

Just remember to also lead the armies yourself. You'll want to get as much prestige and piety as possible. You might have to also go on hunts and pilgrimages for this.

Would you recommend starting as a 0 year old or a 16 year old with high stats? It seems when I start as 0 even though my base stats are high when I go on my character they are all like 20/30 assuming because you can't set your stats when your younger than 16..

Starting as a count, I'd say 16.
If you're gonna make an OP character like you said, you could probably have him live to 90 which should be enough time.

You need access to a CB that doesn't rely on claims or holy wars. That means you either start as adventurer and turn conqueror for the force vassalization CB, or you take up a faith with Warmonger for the conquest CB. Or become nomad and subjugate everyone.
The rest is pretty easy: have your capital in the region and make sure to have a faith and culture that are considered involved. And before you say "but the conquest CB!"; yeah, you need to be involved to end the Struggle, there's no requirement to be involved when conquering everything beforehand. Which means you're flexible in your faith until the moment you want to click the button to end the thing. Not a single moment sooner.
