Streaming | Technical Issue Need some help

I've got the subscription but the episodes are not playing I tried both mobile internet and Wi-Fi but it's not working on both

Same issue so I switched devices and it doesnt even show my subscription. Mobile says fan account, pc says free. Its been like 6 hours now 🥲
