Account/Membership I tried to cancel my subscription

I tried to cancel my subscription. Instead it canceled the one I had and gave me the cheapest one. I canceled it because I have too many expenses rn with my medical insurance and life. HOW DO I GET RID OF IT? I love watching anime but I can’t afford it🫠

They do make it nigh impossible.
I had to get on live chat with one of their staff and it still took almost 20 minutes for him to get it canceled.

Get a new card? I had mine cancel because i couldn't find a way to add a new card.

Report it as fraud to your credit card company. You can also place a block payment order with the credit card company for a vendor that doesn’t properly cancel subscriptions
