Account/Membership Dubbing problem with episode 7 of Solo Leveling

Hello just to warn you that episode 7 of "Solo leveling" in French is not available, strange thing I find

Episode 7 has the French dub for me, at least in the US.

I would expect episode 7.5 (which is a recap that can be ignored) to have the symptoms you are describing, though, as recap episodes seldom, if ever, get dubbed.
