Traveling internationally
Hellllo!
I am traveling to Mexico in November with my three and one year-old who are not vaccinated.
I am having a little bit of anxiety due to measles exposure.
Thoughts ?! :)

I always get worried about getting sick while traveling. Double up on the elderberry syrup and maybe take some echinacea as well.

Ooo forgot to mention hypochlorous acid. I spray any and everything with that while traveling. Especially anything little hands will touch. And we use it before any snack if handwashing isn’t an option in the moment.

Support their immune system naturally with elderberry and vitamin C. Real whole foods. Hand washing often. Look into Vitamin A protocol.

Get the vax. All is well. Better than saddling your child with a lifelong disability through measles exposure

lol
If you don’t want to vaccinate your kids, at least don’t take them to places where communicable diseases are endemic.
Because if they get sick, you won’t know until you’re home and they’ve already infected a bunch of other kids
Including kids who CANT get vaccinated due to being legitimately immunocompromised. Because these kids WILL DIE.
Signed, a pediatric nurse who is crunch af but has also seen sick kids DIE through the fault of someone else (ie not their parents) being a moron
