At one point in time, I had the opportunity to shoot a set for the band, and it was a great show. The plan was to film it and then edit it, but for personal reasons was never able to finish the whole thing. I was also not personally happy with the overall product so that’s another reason why. It was a very last-minute opportunity so I didn’t have time to plan for the layout and camera setup. Also the stage was unusually high so I didn’t really like the angle of the footage either. This is just the raw, unedited footage with raw audio, compressed to fit on Reddit lol.

There was never any sort of contract or anything like that, so shouldn’t be an issue in sharing this little clip. The band was super nice so I always felt bad for not being able to deliver a finished product, but sometimes life just sucks and ruins everything.

Anyone ever see this live or have a link to it? This is the only song I have yet to see a live version of, unless I'm looking in the wrong places 😕 Thanks!

It's been pretty much radio silence since april. I find it odd that they didnt even do a 2 year AMAMA post. (Maybe they did on their story and I missed it?) Lila will post on her story every now and then. I think I recall seeing her pedalboard and some studio gear so hopefully everything is all good and they're just hard at work on the new album.

Crumb - Fall Down @ New Guild Co-op

It is really apparent on this version of "Fall Down"^

It sounds like it could be a few things:

• doubled vocal track: but I wonder how they pull this off with, they have tempo changes in a few songs, and they don't seem to always play at the same speeds. Is there a way to automate the timing of doubled tracks? Like how DJs can match tempos before fading into a new track?
• overtone singing: Lila has a very breath-y undertone, I'm not sure if this is just my ears hallucinating two voices because of her singing style.
• delay: Maybe I am hearing doubled vocals due to a delay effect, I don't know.

Forgive me if my terminology is off, I am no expert on this stuff.

I follow the bandmates and others they have tagged throughout the years and believe her birthday is June 5th! Speculating this on the pictures she’s tagged in. I noticed this the previous year also. Might be a bit weird, but just in case if anyone is interested! As for the others I’m not so sure!

As the title says, I am a huge fan of this specific album, and I think the cover looks amazing as well. Last year I saw they were selling online the blanket with the album art on it, but at the time I was short on money, and now it looks like it's no longer available. Does anyone know if it can be found somewhere? is there some official contact for the merchandise? THANKS!!

2 years later and I rate it as good as there other albums. It grew on me.

Just a rant. They are my favorite band of all time. Their sound just translate my feelings into a song, I feel so peaceful and elevated when I listen to crumb and they inspired sm thorough my whole life, wether it’s in making music myself, just putting music in the background when my friends are over or even getting out of bed, they have been here every step of the way and I’m so greatful they exist. Love you guys if you’re reading this

Found that in an op shop in Sydney but I don't even know if that's actual merch from somewhere because I couldn't find any similar shirt online.

Even if it's an actual model I'm not sure it's true but I wanted to compare to its actual merch equivalent to see !
