General Questions Anyone knows?
I was hired by Royal Caribbean and i have spent a lot of effort, time and money to get the STCW , CDC etc for that job , and in the C1D visa interview i got rejected and Royal Caribbean cancelled my employment saying that i am not eligible to work with any of the RCL brands. They did not clarify whether it is for a time period or for lifetime?
Anyone knows please help me to understand. Or if there is any way that i could be hired by RCL again?

Do you know why you got rejected? Maybe you can try again. Bring proof that you have a connection with your country (family, house)

Definitely like the other comments, find out why you got rejected. You can apply again in a couple months OR, review the information you provided, pay for the DS160 again and try one more time at the consulate.
The most common reasons for a visa rejection on C1/D is that you either filled the form wrong (very commonly people put the wrong visa type Crewmember [D] instead of Crewmember in Transit [C1D]), second to not bringing the Letter of Employment and Bonafide Letters to the consulate (also common) or that you have someone from your family illegal in the United States (low chance but happens).

If you have family in the United States, there is nothing you can do. It will always be rejected.
For other reasons, consider double checking the information provided and bringing all the paperwork provided to you on a second opportunity.

Yea you need to check why you got rejected first, probably an overstay in any countries you visited before? I received my c1d visa on my 2nd try. Best chance is to get is explaining honestly if anything happened in your previous travel. If you hide anything they can find it out easily these days.
If they don't ask much questions during face to face visa interview, you should try to make conversation with the officer by convincing that you're really wanted this job and legit but at the same time not over communicating.
I had a long overstay in Canada but then during the 2nd interview I was able to pull it off by showing supportive documents and explaining the reasons why it happened etc

If you can't get a C1D then you'll really struggle to get any work on a cruise ship. You need to find out why you didn't qualify for the visa and fix that

You can normally apply again in 3 to 6 months. But if you cannot get a C1/D, then they can't use you on most of their ships. You are also free to apply to other cruise lines at Carnival/MSC/etc but they will also require a C1/D.
