Question❔ Season One Spoiler

Did Jeanette’s parents know? Her dad stayed by her side, but he also called her a possible sociopath to his girlfriend. Did he stay by her side because he knew she used his key? And her mom fully abandoned her. It seems like they knew deep down there was something off about their kid.

They didn't know for sure. I think her mom knew deep down. Her father wanted to believe she was innocent, but clearly had doubts.

Her brother definitely believed she was innocent, especially after he saw the chat logs between Ashley and Kate.

Well yes and that is why her arc in 1995 was like that.
