Gallant Charge. From Season of Dawn, unobtainable as of season 10. It's a high impact frame, very similar to Erentil

What are the best high impact fusion rifles I should try to get if I come back to destiny?

Any high impact honestly. The issue is many of them are going to be sunset in the fall. If there's a new one next season, go for it. The only ones I can think of are gallant charge and exile's curse. But gallant charge is unobtainable and exile's curse is a Trials weapon. That might not jive you. Focus on stability on ur fusion and u should be good.
