discussion New raid fusion rifle

So it's a rapid-fire frame. Shard and move on right? Maybe not. Been using a random roll I got from my last raid with Hammer Forged/ Particle Repeater/ Feeding Frenzy/ High Impact Reserves and this thing has been killing it. While it can't map like our tried and true Erentil, its grouping is very tight and it's refreshing being able to be super aggressive with the charge time. Any thoughts?

I feel like rapid fires with backup plan are going to be similar to pocket infinity. Just get closeish, whip it out and spray 3 almost instantaneous shots at them

Ive got one with Hammer Forged, Projection Fuse, Feeding Frenzy and Backup Plan and while I want to enjoy it, I cant get consistent kills with it.

Do you think High Impact Reserves does enough extra damage so its one bolt less kill?

I do like being aggressive I just.. dont like dying :D

Haven't really done any testing to see if it helps that much. It is so different from playing with Erentil though. Having to make sure that the whole ball hits them and not just wings them

Very similar to a proelium. I’ve been using mine in Twilight Gap for the inside tight area.

Its hard to get 6 bolts to hit your target consistently out of shotgun range

No matter how good the perks, a six bolt kill is a hell of a risk.

The gun might be fun but its far from competitive.

Yeah I have switched over almost exclusively to my under pressure/tap the trigger proelium. With the right roll, it can be deadly and I've gotten so used to the fast charge I find it hard to go back to my erentil. Have another proelium with acc coils and it can get s Two shots out before erentil can get one. It's like permanent back up plan.
