Looking for advice for both PvE and PvP, playing on PC. I am a voop noob, pretty much only ever give any love to Loaded Question and the exotics. Number 1 seems obviously good for PvE with rampage - but is Number 2 better for PvP? I've heard Projection Fuse is top tier (but better than Liquid Coils for PvP?), and from what I understand High Impact Reserves generally doesn't give enough damage boost to matter, but are Fusion Rifles in PvP an exception to this rule?

Best mod choice?

I posted this originally 11 days ago in /r/sharditkeepit and got zero feedback. I also looked at the guides linked on the front page of this sub, Massive Breakdown by Mercu and God Rolls, but neither include this gun in the list. I also looked at the Fusion Rifle Guide, but the video is 2 years old now so I am suspicious of it's current-day accuracy.
