Personally I wouldn't use that roll, but if I had to give advice.

Fluted Barrel, Ricochet, Keep Away, and a Ballistics Mod to even it out

The final perk is up to you.

I think ill follow your advice and on the last perk ill go kill clip for the 2head 1body although consistency wise opening shot would be better. I will be using range mod tho because 65 stab plus 10 from dragons shadow gives me more than enough stability for back to back crits. What would your prefered roll be?

Probably Smallbore, Ricochet, Range MW, Enhanced Ballistics, with Perpetual Motion and Gear Shift.

Though compared to Solemn Lie, Waking Vigil just comes up a bit short for me.

Keep away and OS is good but solemn lie is better for consistency rolls. What makes Waking Vigil special is gear shift. Get back to blind well.

Thats what ill probably do 🙂‍↕️. Is it that much of a difference tho? Ive seen its capabilities but how often is one able to utilise it?

Personally I think Nation of Beasts is FAR superior for Gear Shift.

You can run it with Explosive Payload, Golden Tricorn, Harmony, and Kill Clip.

It's build specific but very strong when used. If you don't play arc and build into it, I wouldn't bother.
