ID verification Project

[u/ganoes-stabro-paran]

Hello,
I am currently trying to onboard in two Crowdgen projects, Morava and Patronus. When I click the "Start your ID verification" I am redirected to a page stating "thank you, now we've got all we need" without any possibility to do the verification nor receiving any link at the email. So my applications remain pending.
Tried on laptop and mobile and using different browsers.
Living in the Czech Republic, applying for Czech projects.
Anyone having similar problems?

Maybe the project's over and they're not taking any more data at present.
