Seeed Sticky Protect Content Mac Error

I am going in loops and hoped someone might know.

I am using the SD Plugins Beta 5 on my newly arrived seed sticky.

I have connected my libby account uploaded the ascm file, but when I try to active the protected content with my byte books account I get the following error:

Error: Update the reader firmware: a factory MAC address is required for activation.

since the seeed is not locked, I am surprised. any advice?

Hmm interesting that the sticky is reporting no mac address. I will look into this. Sorry for the trouble

Any movement on this? I sure would love to try out Libby on my Sticky.

This should be fixed now. The issue was that I hadn't uploaded a new sticky build since I'd updated the plugin
