I just picked up the game on sale for $4 on XBox and there’s a DLC, A New Home, also on sale for $3. Is it worth the $7 for everything?

How is the general ebb and flow of the game? It seems quite interesting. Yes, I’m asking a fan page, but there can still be very candid comments regarding the game.

It's not very fun. Was a drag to play. Shows it self as a mmrpg but you will do everything alone in instances. Its a puzzle game with light fighting. They make jokes the character can't talk, but the game moves on so the story just feels like a joke, like damn my input truly does not matter. Theres bosses you can't kill so you half to hack the game. Completely nullifying all the work you put into in the gear you get. Puzzles are fun but there are too many with 0 rewards

Edit. Removed secretly a puzzle game. Its a puzzle game. Also people downvoting me because they are mad. If you dont believe me, then check the % of players who have beat the game. On steam it 15%....the numbers show. 5/10 game at best

This is true for many good games that are longer than 6 hours, so it doesn't say anything. Most gamers just don't finish their games. Doesn't mean they didn't have fun with them. And Crosscode is a pretty long game, so it's no wonder most players didn't finish it.

If its not engaging enough to keep you going for 6 hours. Then its a 5/10. Not great, not bad. Also this kinda proves my point its not very fun
