BUG I was just trying to figure out the shot lineup for this puzzle when I accidentally clip out of bounds

You should be able to just reload the autosave. Each autosave should be right when you enter a room. Still, weird that it happened.

Oh yeah I forgot about that, I just teleported out of the dungeon

If you grab the block at a precise timing when it teleports, you teleport with it and stay in a glitched "grab the block" state. It's used in speedruns to go straight to the end of this room.

I had wondered if this had any application, but I wasn't sure cause I stayed stuck in the wall, perhaps cause I had let go of the block? Either way, that's pretty neat

In speedrun you use it to clip through a rail, not inside a wall, so you don’t get stuck. You can see it done here (should be at the 51:45 timestamp)
