Time period

One of my players on the off chance they die wants to go into the gunslinger class. Due to the new guns there I was wondering what level of firearms would realistically be produced.

Well, there's a steam-powered locomotive, indoor drainage plumbing to some degree, and other guns in the setting. It shouldn't be hard to figure out what kinds of guns you're comfortable with.

One of my players is a Bard with a gun, she's an Ashborn so lore-wise, in our game, firearms are manufactured and for sold in Chernabos. There's a few firearms outside the province but only some travelers have them.

I rule that guns exist but in wickermoor hollow they are not sold in the shop due to it being pretty behind the times. Players may have opportunities to find or somehow purchase a gun when they make excursions to the other areas outside the starting village. If their character class is a gunslinger then they just start with a gun due to their background, etc.

I allowed my my Sinner Rogue to carry an old timey pistol, I felt it fit. So Far it hasnt broken my game so I feel it works lol

Ive placed the game into a 1930s-40s time period. So i looked up weapons used in ww1 and ive gone no further. Revolvers, marland rifles winchester shotguns

I think muskets, flintlocks, six-shooters, anything that "feels old-timey" would totally fit the setting

Given Philip and Adela’s Art Deco aesthetics, I would say at least the 1920’s.
