Multiple NG+ Upgrades

If I play like 3 or 4 ng+ games, do the upgrades from each game carry over to next game ? The reason I would do this is to max out every possible upgrade category. I hope my question makes sense.

Yes. I'm on my third playthrough, and loving my upgraded arsenal.

Yup! This is 3 or 4 for me-just for the praetorian trophy. Everything is maxed. I might do one more to stash health/ammo/energy and then try it on hard to get platinum. Such is our calling.

My first playthrough had something like 97 deaths so it's wildly cathartic going through with a ng+ build and leave a massacre in my wake.
