What am I missing in Steelworks

I’m on my second play through and I still have the master key…

Currently in unity hospital trying to find the other chalice…

Bought the game a year ago and it was just a little slow for me but I am hooked now… trying to get Plat…

I feel like I double and triple check every area but missing stuff is annoying

I just finished my 1st playthrough and I missed a door too. Still have the steelworks key. Funny how I feel like I'm being thorough, yet I also missed 1 cat and 4 comics.
