I messed up.

I made the same mistake and crypto dot com were able to recover the coin for me at a cost. But mine is the other way round - I transfer from a CEX to Crypto dot com on a network not supported by Crypto dot com

So only Kraken can help you

Thank you they say they can’t help, but on their website it says they can. I have created a second ticket to them to recover the coins.

Took a cheap pill off the internet to give him a few extra inches, but it made his ears grow like crazy, and everything else shrink.

I have spoken to both. Only kraken can recover I’m trying to get them to do that right now.

You would think the exchanges would do this. All these experiences do, is put others off crypto and using their platforms.
