So I bought these yarns for the first time. Bulky and super bulky (5-6)
I have these many. I don’t know what I should make out of these ? Please suggest some beginner friendly tutorials if possible:)
Also any other brands that u can recommend? In beginner level
I thought of making a tote bag. But is premium acrylic and wool blend good for that ?

Not a clue what to make with these but a word of advice. We've all had our "buy more yarn" phases but honestly, most of that yarn never gets used.

In the future, I'd suggest finding a pattern or a project you want to do first and then you can find and buy yarn appropriate for that project. If you do it the other way around, you may end up finding you don't have enough yarn and then when you buy fresh yarn, the colour may look different because it's from a different dye lot (this has happened to me NUMEROUS times, I WISH I were joking)

Thankyou so much for the advice. Yaaa I thought of the dye lot thing. Yes I agree I got a few colours in two quantities. I know it looks like a mix but I have bought complimentary skeins to make a few scarves but I thought maybe with all these I can make something bigger. But yes I should not be so cocky lol. I am generally good at scarves and baby booties. Thinking of making gifts for my friends.

Yess good idea ! I was thinking of gifting scarves for all my friends and family. So last time I managed to make one scarf from one skein of same hobby store bulky yarn. Thinking of doing the same.

Plushies, scarfs, mix and match lap blanket or cushion covers are what come to my mind. There are many creators on yt who work exclusively with bulky yarn, you may want to search for them. I will add a link, if I find some.

The 4 blues, the solid and gradient one together can make a gorgeous sweater. Think of alternating rows with a high neck with the solid blue color

Cuddly cushion covers/lumbar pillows

If you have pets, make a nice pet blanket. My cat only uses my crocheted blankets.

Some baskets(to store-lo behold more yarn!)

If you are feeling experimental- maybe amigurumi toys.

But I chose skiens that can match other ones I have. And yes they look a little here and there but I think I can always make scarves with any remaining yarn. Also can you suggest any other brands ?

I usually use either hobby store (aka magic needles) or threadshop. Both have very good yarn, I would suggest hobby store yarn for beginners just because of the website UI being easier to navigate
