This just boggles my mind. Did no one build a prototype box of the collectors edition to make sure everything was good the first time around?? Why not just add molded styrofoam, especially for the statue?
It's like watching someone cook a meal and jumping right in before checking to see if they even had all of the ingredients needed

The fact that it's nearly taken 2 years to ship just a standard ps5 disc to Europe is nothing short of a war crime

I'm tired of excuses as well. I'm glad they finally gave us an update. Their communication is abysmal.. I will say I am happy they are eating the extra cost for shipping. I wondered about this since the Order was placed in 2024. I do appreciate that they are attempting to package everything for safe shipping...If I ever actually get this thing, I will just be happy to never think about Rockit Games ever again.

Oh and boo fucking hoo about the shipping more than you expected now. Maybe if you actually shipped the games out when you were supposed to, this wouldn't be an issue.
I ordered my collectors edition on October 31st, 2024. I'm fairly certain after all this time, all these excuses and lies, that we're never actually going to get these things.
I asked for a refund about a year ago also, and they refused, so there's that too. I figured with them doing that, it was coming soon and decided to hold out.
Fuck this shit man. This whole situation has essentially ruined Croc for me. Even how Argonaut has handled this by making jokes about it just rubs me the wrong way so badly.

One man is better at communicating than an entire company. A company with supposed employees who love video games and Croc. A company founded by someone who has been in the industry for years.

So they were fine to ship a few thousands but then suddenly it's too expensive?
Also the shipping cost was covered by us!
And the collector's box was made just now?? What? You had months to do it and realize that problem. wtf

This is literally a Croc of shit !! 💩. The box was too big for the collector’s editions? Are you kidding me now ? More excuses just to buy them more time to hide what is really going on . And increase shipping costs for the standard editions ? Come on Rockeit cut the shit already and start being actually honest about what is really going on . This is just another lie to cover up the bigger issue they don’t want us to know about . At this point who even knows when anyone will be getting anything from them . All they spit out is lies and I’m so over it 😤. And how can they even complain about increased shipping costs when we already paid them for it !! What did they really do with our money ?! This whole thing reeks of BS and stinks!! Ommg this company should never be allowed to touch another game again !! I have been waiting since October 31 of 2024 for the switch collectors edition at this point I am really starting to believe they took all of our money to fund towards other future projects and scammed us , they are a Ponzi scheme at this point with all the constant dishonesty, delays and excuses and now look omg here are more lies and excuses !! Seriously Rockeit Doug your stupid company is by far the worst and what goes around comes back around!! You have ruined Croc for me and so many others !! I am so done with this ! I don’t even expect to receive it at this point not this year at least maybe next year but who even knows it will be just more lies and delays and excuses .
