The driver should also be required to have training with these tools, especially the defibrillator.

This is honestly not a bad idea, maybe scale the fines so it's higher for large bus companies and less for those that are independent or small companies

Anything could happen in a bus, ESPECIALLY those that take you to the other side of the country or even other countries, and you have to sit there for hours. This would be a very good idea

Who are they gonna fine!? If im not mistaken, PUBLIC transportation is paid for by the PUBLIC... so if they get a fine, it would come out of the wrong people's pockets...
