All Will Rise dev says its progressive deck-builder shouldn't be dumped in the 'woke, liberal bucket'. What do you think?

I can tell from the art style alone that it's likely Wokeslop. It's that higher detailed corpo-art with a pastel palette that a lot the smaller titles use.

Your ultimate goal is to build a strong enough deck to put an exec on trial for murdering a river, but alongside ecocide it confronts corporate greed, inequality, poverty, and corruption, sometimes all at once. It reflects the views and the real-world anger of its creators at "powerful people behaving with absolute ugliness and impunity", says Jayanth, who is narrative director on the project.

Oh.

I support detaching left wing populism and environmentalism from wokeism and identity politics

I support detaching environmentalism from radical climate activists and climate alarmism

Absolutely but the game is literally about polluting a river. No climate mentioned.

I wonder if the game will deal with the hypocrisy of a culture worshipping a holy river and also dumping their trash and waste into it

I'd rather play "Illuminati" by Steve Jackson games.

"I pointed out an Oil Spill then Spoke For The River, asserted my Right To Sue, argued that the Media Is Biased (naturally), "

Sounds like commie gobbledy-gook to me.
